Insurance

I currently work with the following insurance companies:

Aetna; Blue Cross Blue Shield - Massachusetts; Cigna; Horizon BCBS - NJ; Oscar Health; Oxford; United Healthcare.

Your insurance company will be billed directly and I will get reimbursed directly from them. I am considered an “Out of Network” provider with all other insurance carriers. In that case, you are responsible for the fees in full at the time of our appointment, and you will be provided with a “Superbill” which you can subsequently send to your insurance for reimbursement.
